Because every DEDFONES item is printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at dedfonesmerch@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
