When will my order ship?

Every DEDFONES item is made to order. Orders first go through payment processing, which typically takes 2–5 business days. Once payment has been confirmed, your order is manually approved and sent to our production partner, where printing takes an additional 2–5 business days before shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typical order timeline:

• Payment Processing: 2–5 business days
• Production: 2–5 business days
• Shipping (U.S.): Approximately 3–7 business days

Most U.S. customers receive their order within 7–17 business days, depending on payment processing times, production workload, and shipping carrier performance.

Why hasn't my order started production yet?

To ensure secure payment processing, orders are submitted for production only after payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. Once confirmed, we manually approve your order and send it to our print partner to begin production.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries supported by our print partner. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by destination.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to cancel or modify your order. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because each item is made specifically for you.

How do I know what size to order?

Please review the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order. Since every item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Are your shirts made in advance?

No. Every DEDFONES product is printed specifically after your order is placed, helping reduce waste and ensuring each item is made just for you.
